Best Addition to OOTP 14?
I know the majority of us can spout out a pretty extensive list of additions that we've really liked in this version, but if you had to pick one favorite change, what would it be?
For me, I'm going simple. I love the new bullpen model. I think OOTP did a great job of giving us more control over how we use our bullpen guys (left vs right specialist, use less often, etc). It's a huge change for me. What about you?

I only can pick one?
International complexes. If I can pick two - complexes and the player development emails. I LOVE those emails so much

Player development emails all the way. Seeing a short summary of a wide range of talent progression/regression ratings is huge.

Right... now if we could just get all the "Pitching Prospect #4's current and potential eye rating dropped from 3 to 2" noise cut out...

How do you edit the away jersey? I didn't even know this feature existed.

International complexes are my favorite addition. I love it when I can identify a pitcher as being "interesting", plunk down $90,000, and in 4-5 seasons, have a potential #2 SP. I love hooting and hollering at the Cardinals AI for spending $3.5 million on the obvious stud pitching prospect, and then lecturing them about tinstaapp!
I would love to see Tom Tango's proposal or a variation for an auction to replace the entry draft. http://www.insidethebook.com/ee/inde...money_auction/ Wander through the links...I think it'd be a fascinating method to allocate talent. |

No, I mean that I don't care just HOW horrible the batting stats of my pitching prospects are. If their stuff or their control improved, great, tell me about it, but I couldn't care less whether they are going to be a truly terrible batter or just really bad (especially given that I'm playing with a DH).

Development as a whole seems to have improved. I don't really have values to back this up, it just appears to have a lot more busts in the first round (more realistic), and more guys developing out of nowhere.
Making promotions and demotions is way more fun now!

You also have to enable away uniforms on the global setup screen. "Player and Picture Options"

There use to be a screen that had either green + or red - next to each player. I have yet to find that again is that still in game? also, how do you get player dev reports? Thanks.
