Important: There seem to be activation issues with the Mac version of this patch and also an issue with historical imports. We are fixing these ASAP and will release a new patch.

I am having some issue with the new patch on the mac. Did the routine with updating and everything. It tells me I have a demo version so I enter the key license and it tells me the this game could not be activated.

I am also getting the black screen when I am in full screen mode.

Is there a way to go back to the last patch version and wait till all this is fix?

I have the same problem. The license key is already in the box, but it says I have the demo version. When I press the key to submit license it says "Unable to activate game" . I'm now OOC for my online league.

Tried re-entering the license key but no go.

Do you and DaveM have the Apple app store version by chance? This update can't be used for that version. As Markus said in his post, the app store update has been submitted to Apple, but it takes longer since they have to approve it first.

So if you purchased the app store version, you should uninstall the game and then re-download the latest from the app store. Uninstalling will not affect your saved games (unless you tell it to remove them) so it's safe to do this. Once you do this, it will no longer ask you for a serial number that you don't have. Of course, you'll have to wait a bit longer for the app store update. Sorry for the trouble!

If either of you didn't purchase the app store version, then let me know.

Not sure if this is a result of the new patch, but while watching one of my games, I noticed the Ai did this: (pinch hit for the catcher Stewart, then later pinch hit for the pitcher by bringing in the second catcher on the roster. Note: the back u catcher was getting the start over the regular. Now the AI should have left the catcher it used to PH in the game, while putting the pitcher in the other spot. Instead, the AI brought in an outfielder who cannot play catcher.

Also, the salaries screen now only show rounded $ figures and no increments, for example i sign a pitcher to a $7.5m one year extension his salary for the following year only shows $7m.

I have a pitcher whos arb estimate is $4.8m but it only shows in the salaries screen as $4m.

This wasnt happening before this patch, so its definately new, its basically refusing to show anything but a round figure of 1,2,3,4,5 etc, nothing in between whole numbers, check your salary summary screen in front office you will see what i mean.

Seconded. Just checked my team's salary obligations screen and see the same issue.
