Rookie League: 65 Players
I've been trying to load my minors with as many good looking prospects as possible, but I seem to have a glut of players on my Rookie League level.
I gave my managers control of Promotions and Demotions, as well as Lineups, but I'm scared that if I give them control of signings and releases, they'll purge some of the guys I want to keep. In fact, if I remember correctly in OOTP13, I gave them full control of my minors and they ended up dropping like half of my minor leaguers. Is there a way to make sure some guys don't disappear? |

I believe you can lock a player's transactions. I'm not sure though.

Team Menu >> Management section >> Player Strategy
Under Roster Strategy you can Lock a player to his current minor league team. Not ideal but it should prevent the player from being released, even if he just stays at the Rookie League level. |
