Historical starting in 1990

The NRBL is starting up in the year 1990. We will be using the roster set that comes with the game. The league was done with a random draft to assign teams with a budget. We have a few openings in the league. Let me know if you are interested. We are still in the first season and we haven't reached the trading deadline. We would love to get a few good active GM's to help fill these teams because their previous GM's didn't put much effort.

I'm interested in a team. Any way we can use OOTP utilities to do a draft over a weekend? The best part is building 'your' team, so you can unrelentlessly beat yourself up over your terrible picks....

Looking for a few GMs for this league. Sims are always on time and there is a fair amount of chatter in the forums and chat room!

Here's some of the storylines we're seeing early in the league's first season:

Will Clark (.379-6-28) and Kevin Mitchell (.413-10-31; current 26 game hitting streak) providing a thunderous 3/4 combo in the middle of the Cubs lineup , giving the Cubs MLB's best record in mid May.

Oil Can Boyd pitching like he found a great stash, leading the Phillies rotation with a 5-1, 0.74 ERA mark!

John Olerud is MLB's top rookie so far, with a .346-8-28 clip for the Kansas City Royals!

Cecil Fielder is crushing the ball for the Oakland A's, on pace for a record breaking 86 HR! (19 HR through 36 games)

Ramon Martinez dazzling so far with 7 wins and a 1.28 ERA
