The Rent... I Mean... Averages are Too Damn High!
My fictional league has been bloated with literally like over half the league hitting over .300; some as high as .385 year in and out. Therefore, I'm going to start over, in order to achieve better, true-to-life, modern-day stats. What modifiers should I put in place so that the league average is closer to .255 than .335. Thank you.

If you want default modern-day stats, you should not touch anything and leave everything at the default settings.

I was gonna say that but somehow it sounded sarcastic.

Are you in the first year or two of your league? I ask because, as many other fictional league players on these boards, I sim out 15 years or so when starting a league and then start playing. I've found the inaugurate draft produces too many great players and tend to skew the league. Simming past them sort of resets the league. I don't know if this is still necessary, but I'm a creature of habitant and I've always had good luck doing so. My current league has hit .251, .253, and .258 in the first 3 years. As the others have said, I wouldn't tinker with the modifiers too much. My 2 cents.
