Can I simulate this years MLB playoffs?

I know I can sim the playoff teams in exhibition mode, but how can I get players individual playoff stats?

Individual playoff stats. From games played yesterday or before?

I want to start from the ALDS and the NLDS with the current teams and current playoff rosters, taking over all teams. I just want to have the stats accumulate in the box scores, not worried about those stats on the individual player pages… if that makes sense.

If there is a way to do this, I'd love to know how. But with the way the game works, I'd be doubtful it can be done.

I believe it was mentioned one it could be would have manually mess with the database and it could be very time consuming almost not worth it.
