I need help with using International Leagues in my Fictional MLB Universe starting in 1945

I am looking for statistical accuracy in my 'fictional' MLB league (half real MLB teams and half fictional) that is starting in 1945. I have four levels of minors with NO doubles (ie. no A+, Short Season, Fall/Winter Leagues, etc.).
I WILL be using - Automatically Adjust League Strategy, Automatically Adjust League Totals Modifiers for accuracy and Automatically Import Historic Player-Creation Modifiers for my 40-Team MLB Major League and every minor league listed below. HOWEVER, I am not sure if clicking anyone of those settings for my minors AND/OR International Leagues will work since I am starting at a very early year (1945). AND I will use the 'IMPORT' Year setting in the 'STATS & AI' section. I do want some degree of accuracy in stats in all the INT and INDY leagues I've mentioned, but is it necessary to import year 1945 on the STATS &AI section and use the settings I mentioned above?

Those levels are as follows:
AAA, AA, A and Rookie.

As mentioned, I am using every International team OOTP 17 came with (Nippon, Nippon-Gun. Australian, Chinese, Taiwan, Cuba, Italian and Holland. Will any of these settings make a difference in the league since my league is starting at a time before several of these International leagues even began?? Is it best to just leave the setting alone since I will not be managing any of the teams? All 8 International teams and the 2 (very small) Independant Leagues (which I didn't mention) are in my MLB Universe just for immersion sake and for me to look back at players to see their history before being picked up by a MLB team, etc.
