Edit World File

Quick question. I found the thread that shows how to edit a world file so I am going to give that a shot soon. My question is, does each game I create have it's own world file? Im hoping if I mess something up I won't trash all my games I have in OOTP? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure, although I think that each game gets its own copy of the file. But I'd recommend backing up the original file before you do any editing.

I know this weeks into the post, but I just ran a test for my own curiosity.

At least on Mac OS X, an edited world.xml did not effect the worlds on my previous game saves.

But still, I would always recommend backing up as well.
