High School Teacher just became MLB GM :)

Haha... I have no clue what I am doing.

Started as a high school teacher. Simmed one season without getting even into the playoffs. Took over the position of a AA team, had to use "fill with fictional players" because it was empty, auto simmed until end of the league and got a score of 102/100

What do I see: Cleveland Forest City has an open position. Applied, got it. Now a High School Teacher without any record is managing the MLB team.

For beeing an "accurate" simulation in some parts, other parts really are pretty immersion breaking and I do not know anything about baseball, but I can't imaging a success story like this one

What success? Now the work really begins.

Not sure what you want. Not many people would want the immersion of having a 10 to 20 season minor league career in a sports management sim. You could choose it of course. Instead of simming you could play the season out and see how well you do. Immersion is in the minds eye of the beholder; mileage may vary.

Brought my HS Team from the worst of all teams to 2nd place in my division this year. Could have gone better, but could have been worse.

Got a season score 149/100 with the gold achievement and a notification "THIS IS THE PERFECTSCORE! YOU ARE AN OOTP GOD!"

Cool - Still no idea what I am doing, but can't be that wrong. Key to success was to sign all HS FA as they don't cost anything. Should have actually won the division with this advantage.
