Scouting Reports

Is there an option that allows you to eliminate scouting reports from the game? I know you can uncheck the scouting system box, but that just makes reports 100% accurate. Is there a way to make it where reports are never generated at all? I realize in a solo game I can just make a "house rule" and never look at them. I'm not even sure I would turn them off if I could. I'm more curious as to if it is possible.

The best you can do is have them twice a year - start and end of the season.
