How would I go about making an a team of the best pitchers in the MLB?

If it is current, maybe this list can help as a template:

B/R MLB 300

Has a list with the top 80 starters and top 30 relievers

Pick which team you want to use, then make sure you are in Commissioner mode and go to each player you want and under the edit tab, change the team they are on to your team.

That is the only way I know how to get players on a specific team.

or you can do a "force trade" for them ... also in commish mode.
