Fictional League Setup OOTP 16
I am creating a new "Fictional League" game using one actual MLB team and 11 fictional teams. Is it possible to assign "real" MLB stadiums to the fictional teams? The MLB team has its actual home field assigned however all other 11 teams have the same stadium shown. If yes - how would this be done?

don't know about 16, but in 17, here is one way to do it. (Should be similar.) There are possibly easier ways, but this is the only one i know.
to change each ballpark - go to the team screen, then FRONT OFFICE>Edit finances>edit ballpark. the drop down menu (available actions) on the right will bring up a list of things you can do. One of them is manually import data from file into this park. My ballpark files are located: C:/Doucuments/OOTP Baseball/ballparks .... you will have to scroll possibly to find that location. From there you can pick any ballpark you have loaded inyour game. (i highly recommend downloading pstrickert's historical ballparks ... they are on mods server ... (he has a collection of historical ballparks from 1901 to recent....) here's a link on how to get the mods server, if you don't have it in add-ons central ..... OOTP Community Hub | OOTPB mods good luck. hope this helps.
