In one of my universes, I have a High School league that allows only players from 12-18. I set the "Created Age min/max" modifiers at 12 and 13, so the draft pool should only consist of players 12 or 13 years old. Instead, the draft pool contains only 17 and 18-yr-olds...which, of course, don't last long in this league. Within 5-6 years, the league starts running out of players.

Then I adjusted the "ages allowed" to 12-16, and found the draft pools completely empty! Can't the game generate players under 17? (I don't remember having this problem with the preview...)
