Game crashes during 1st year player draft

I am doing a historical sim, starting with 1901, and have two problems. One, I can't deselect the amateur draft option under league rules in the game setup and hence have to manually place each player on their real team using the 1st year player draft. I was able to complete 4 rounds, each time checking the player's real team, using real life stats tab, and then choosing that team to draft next. On the last pick of the 5th round (pick #`16), the game crashes after I drag and drop and then try to place the player on a team. It doesn't seem to matter which player and which team.

You crash certainly sounds strange. As for the turning off of the amateur draft, you needed to set this up during the creation of this league. Can you try that and let us know if you see any further issues?
