money back please

I can not believe you charge money for this. The demo worked fine but now the game crashs at random. How do I get my money back? If I don't get my money back I will begin a campaign against OOTP starting with those people that gave you the reviews. I'm not paying for your development, this should have benn fixed before you started selling it!

Since the demo is the same exact download as the full game
I have to find your claim a tad bit on the unbelievable side

But if your willing to tell us exactly what the problem is, information about you system and where the game is crashing.
Im sure the people here would be more than willing to try and get your game up and running.

But posts with no information about the problem and threats against the company are not the best ways to get your problems solved!

Considering the game crashes for so few people, did it ever occur to you that maybe some setting or some other software on YOUR computer may be the cause?

I've got dozens of hours in with zero crashes. Do you have anything else running in the background? That's the only thing I can think of.

First and foremost, make sure your Windows OS is completely up to date. Then you can go from there.

How far is all the way, and then if it stops, what's stopping it, and what's behind what's stopping it? So, what's the end, you know, is my question to you.

I've had one crash in many, many hours, and that was with Firefox, Thunderbird and iTunes running in the background.

The most stable game I've run on my system. Zero crashes, and I've played it since v3.

Dinger, did you get in touch with Marc Duffy. He will try to get the game working for you. Don't give up yet, wait for the next patch. Please don't be so quick to judge. Just give it a chance and let the guys at OOTP make it right for you

I've had 2,3 or maybe even 4 crashes but I think this is mostly due to my computer getting toward the rickety stage. For the most part the game runs fine.

You could probably get your money back but would you rather get this fine game running? If so, let's get started down that route. Tell us as much as possible about your computer and also about when you encounter crashes.

Dinger, there are a number of patient and resourceful people here who want to help you. Why not give them a chance?

You bought the game, so you must want to play it. OOTP has as good a tech support as you will ever find, both from the community and the developers.

2006 and 2007, so many hours played that I don't want to think about it and zero crashes. One of the most stable programs I've ever owned.

I realize that Dinger is unlikely to troll his way back here but we should post our experiences for the benefit of anyone thinking about buying the game.

My anxiety, yep spelled it right, and the drive by is back, results from 3 different occasions where as I had been playing and just finished a game and I got an OOTP.exe error and lost all the data from about a weeks worth of playing on each occasion. After the second time of playing that full week of results, it pissed me off. I searched this forum for similiar problems and came across several errors this game has had. I am an avid stat game player, FM2006-7, etc. There's nothing wrong with my system and the OS is up-to-date. So, if any of you loud mouth jerk offs want to continue with your ridcule, have at it. If any of you others have some kinda fix for this, I'd appreciate it, otherwise, I'll ask for refund.
BTW, that's not the only problem I've had, but it is irratating to watch a weeks worth of games flushed and then have to replay them again. TWICE!
Also, why the hell does my set lineups keep changing?

Trolling by AB, imagine that.

Ohh btw, looks like someone has the same problem (mike lowe - game crashes after boxscore, same as my problem.)
