Do you have a firewall running or Win XP with the firewall turned on? It might be blocking the program from sending files via FTP. Also, need to make sure that the file you have for your league is setup right for FTP. Could also be that the site is down, but if it's happening all of the time, that's unlikely. I'd check about the firewall first.

A error of 202 in FTP software means:
Command not implemented, superfluous at this site. But I am not sure what is causing the problem there.

If you don't have Rogers it could be your modem. I had the issue where it would stick at 50% and a new cable modem solved the issue for me.

Did you leave the Norton shut down for a while, maybe even restart without restarting Norton and then try to export? I think someone mentioned it didn't work right away for them when they turned off norton but then it worked a bit later.

Your only workaround is to export locally (the non-ftp export option) and then email that export file to your commish so he can manually upload your exports.

tankards, can you please try to upload the file with an FTP client program like SmartFTP? Could you try both Active mode and Passive mode, and send me the FTP client's FTP log?

Oops sorry
![]() Downloading the league file works? Just uploading doesn't work? We've got the same problem with 2 guys and both have Rogers They tried everything and it didn't work. They also tried to upload the team export file using an FTP client, and that didn't work too. So we couldn't tell them anything else than using a workaround as mentioned three posts above by bp_

40 bucks down the drain because you cannot upload the team file to the server because it doesn't work with that provider? No, I don't think that this is fair, tankards.
Export the team file to your hard drive. It's in the folder /data/saved_games/your league.lg/import_export then. Email it to your commish. That's all. Or, use an FTP client to upload the file (It will not work with Rogers, I don't know why, please ask them). Of course you need to know how to work with an FTP client, which is not trivial. If you didn't use an FTP client yet, stick with solution #1 please. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy the game even though you're experiencing this problem.

Do a google search for Total Commander. It is a shareware program with no spyware.
It has a fantastic FTP program built in and it will actually send the ftp files faster than OOTP will. The program also does tons of stuff.

Well that's something new. OOTP 6 works, on the same computer, with the same ISP? I don't know then... OOTP 2007 has a completely new FTP software in it. We'll try to enable FTP log for OOTP 2007 until patch #2 whic would help us to solve such problems. At the moment, I've got no other solution for you than export to disk and email the file to the commish.
