Try this if you're having game crashes

I know that this won't solve all game crashes that are due to video cards and many other factors already posted here (##### Common Problems - Check Here First! #####)

However, try this if you are having game crashes to make sure this is not the cause...

Check how much memory is left on the hard drive where your OOTP 2007 is stored. Each league generates a ton of data, sometimes as much as a gig if you're using historic photos, etc.

It is very important that you have at least 15 percent free, empty or available space on your hard drive. Every time that I fell below this Microsoft-suggested threshold, OOTP began crashing to disk repeatedly during the beta testing period. Every time I freed up the space, it started working fine again.

Defragging your hard drive is very important if you delete and reinstall the game or if you delete a lot of OOTP league files and start a new league.

Thanks for the info, I'll try that. I've tried alot of things posted here and still having the occasional problem with crashes. Since I'm not going to get a refund, I'll just try to fix it but believe me OOTP or SI will never get another dime from me.
