Playing with No Foreign Players...

I created a leage with all Wisconsin cities and players. I noticed that the game then will create foreign players for the draft, the team that does drafts the player plays the player for a season and then releases him at the end of the year. This is with no actual iniitial draft but having the players selected by the AI. I guess I could delete all the countries other than the US out of the database and then after the first year replace the nations.txt in the root with the full one but this was annoying. Just finished the first season so I don't know if anymore foreigners will be coming into the next draft.

Did the league rules prevent foreign players from playing in the league when it was created, or did you add that restriction after starting the game (specifically after the players were created for the draft)?

I thought I did it at creation but I may be wrong, in which case it is user error and not an issue with the game itself.....
