i amgetting error
Nation:import_flag_image_unable to move down into nation_flags directory and the only way i can get out is having to cntl-alt-del toend task on game. this is happening whenever i try to start a league

Which version are you using?
Are you trying to start a league that you have created or imported?
Or do you get this error when you are creating a new league?

Sounds like the flags folder may have gone missing somehow. If you're on Windows and you haven't changed the OOTP data location, it should be at \My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\database\nation_flags and contain some 228 *.png files...
