Not Rookies?
I have had several players that were called up in September and played anywhere from 7-23 games and then were on the roster the entire next season (the September call up was their first action in the majors). When I go to the manual awards screen, these players are not there when I have it show "All Rookies". These players should all be rookies still. Can someone help with this?

When are you looking at the manual awards? During the season when they were on the roster the entire year, or the next season? I'm not quite sure what you mean here.

#1 - I went to manual awards after their first full season when I was going to give the awards.
#2 - Here are 4 players that I noticed this with (could be more). All were called up during September. 7 games, 16 AB 19 games, 79 AB 16 games, 46 AB 28 games, 112 AB Here's what it is supposed to take to qualify for the award in the MLB. In order to qualify for the award a player must not exceed either of the following, prior to the season under consideration: 130 at bats or 50 innings pitched in the major leagues 45 days on the active rosters of major league clubs (excluding time on the disabled list or any time after rosters are expanded on September 1) |

Should that '130 at bats' read '130 plate appearances'?
Second, are you playing a 162 game schedule? I ask because if you were using (for example) an 81 game schedule you would expect the rookie requirements to be cut in half. (I do realize that cutting in half would only affect two of your players. Basically I'm reaching, here.)

Does anyone know if the 45 day service time matters in OOTP's calculation of rookie eligibility? I ask, because I doubt that OOTP distinguishes between service time accumulated before and after Sept 1, and it is easy to accrue 30-35 days of service after rosters expand- perhaps all of these players had managed to reach 45 days of service time (which you could check in their contract page).

I believe in Beta testing someone pointed out that OOTP is counting that time for September call-ups. I'm not sure if this was ever fixed. I'll see what I can find out.

But there is nothing wrong if the game is counting service time as opposed to at-bats or IP only as that is how it works IRL. It would be nice to know if that is the case.
