Crash trying to create picture!

I just finished my 3rd season and after the playoffs the system tries to create a picture for me, the GM and the system crashes. How do i get around this??

I am using a PC. I have a 350gig HD and up to date ATI Driver. 2gig of memory. I complete the 3rd season and it now wants to create a pic for me the human GM of the team. It didn't do this for the 1st two seasons. I am running MLB2007 and the problem is reproducible. Please help as I cannot move foreward.

Can you try disabling FaceGen altogether in the Game Preferences, and then restart OOTP? I have no idea what could be going wrong, but that might at least allow you to advance the game (and perhaps reactivate FaceGen afterwards).

Did you recently turn FaceGen on? Also, do you have a picture in your manager profile before you try to advance?

I would follow Zeyes advice and try to disable FaceGen.
