Has anyone noticed that when you click on the "check for updates" in the game command, it does not find any, even before you apply your patch?

This has been claimed fixed for the third patch, as yet unreleased. If you continue to see this problem after patching, please post as such in Tech Support along with the above TT number. Thanks.
