DId expansion draft in 1862, has teams existing in 1861 history

Is this the way its' designed? If not, how do I fix this? (If I can that is)

EDIT: And I jsut noticed that for quick sim options where ti has 1862 pre-season, it has 1861 opening day. DId my SIM get stuck in a ground hog day scenario?

Such as? It's a four team league, entering second year, started expansion that is provided in game when date was 3-10-1862 (league starts on 6-16-1862), expanding to six teams.

When you say that the teams existed in the 1861 history, you mean that when you go the history page of the year 1861, the expansion teams are listed there? Or you mean that the teams' years of operation date back to 1861 in the history overview section? Or both?

When you ran the expansion, what stage of the season were you in? Off-season or pre-season?

Offseason. The preseason started in mid April, and I did the expansion in March.

Yeah, I think that the off-season counts as the previous season. The "new year" begins at the pre-season.

Just to be sure, did the data right itself when you started the regular season? If not, could you see if it rights itself when the next pre-season begins?

Well simmed to the next season and it looks liek everything righted itself. Weird but good to see.
