Player potential bug revisited

I've got the same bug posted by edm earlier. Potential ratings jump from reasonable values to 10,10,10 for pitchers. I've also had batters change to 1,10,10. Like edm I started with a Lahman DB.

I first saw this bug when I did my first league. Since then I started using a new computer and did a new install. I copied the league files from the old computer but that seems to rule out an inconsistency across installations. It's either in the app or in the data, not just in one install.

I think it happened when players were scouted on the 1st of the year each time I've seen in, but I can't be sure of that. I've taken to filtering all the players and fixing their potential but it's a real pain.

Let me know if there are reports or whatever you want me to post, I don't have any other specific steps to reproduce. Thanks,

Ah, could you post a link to the originally reported problem? Also, could you let us know which version of the game you were using when this gave you trouble?
