FTP import error 111

I'm getting this error for a team in our league. According to the error chart, this is a "minor league" error. Neither the owner or I can figure out what could be causing this. He also gets an error (error 202) on his end when he exports, though it still appears on the server even if it doesn't work. He has examined his minors and can't see any reason that would cause his export to fail.

Any thoughts?

First question: do the error(s) still occur if he exports to disk and e-mails the file to you?

Well, he can export fine to disk, so it must be a server problem. There were reports of Rogers.com out of Canada having this issue, but this guy is down in Florida. Maybe there are other servers that are problems too.
