Drafting the same player twice
1. What, specifically, were you doing when the problem occurred? Include the specific screen you were on when the problem occurred.
2013 draft, I'd recently discovered the delights of the log where you can see the real talent scores. The team before me drafted a player I had on my shortlist, I looked at his stats then navigated away, then I right clicked on the player from the draft log screen. 2. What happened? Was there an error message? If so, what was the specific message? There wasn't an error message, what happened was that I was able to draft the same player from the draft log screen. 3. Were you able to repeat the error with this same game? With another game? If so, what steps did you take? I repeated the steps with a different game and the same game and was able to draft the player immediately prior to my pick both times. 4. If relevant, what do you think the program should have done? Not allowed me to draft the player. 5. What is your league configuration (fictional/historical, etc.) Fictional, mlb only. 6. Are you a Mac or PC user? PC. http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/8...tedrafteq5.jpg |

Out of curiosity, had you utilized the "Recent" tab to navigate back?

Did the player switch from the first team to your team or did the game create two copies of the same player? If the former, does his player history indicate that he was drafted twice?

Purely out of curiosity, do the players both have the same player number? (I don't mean jersey number, I mean computer identification tag.)

Oh, gosh. This is a bad one. Apparently, you can right click on any player from the draft log and choose to draft them away from their original team at will. I drafted the first overall pick in a draft away from another team in both the first and second rounds. I'm fairly sure that the players aren't copied, however. They are merely taken away from whichever team originally drafted them.
Great catch, JBJ. Logged as TT 3660.

This has been claimed fixed for the third patch, as yet unreleased. If you continue to see this problem after patching, please post as such in Tech Support along with the above TT number. Thanks.
