unable to create application data?

when I try to start the game with pc version it shows this message
"unable to create the application data folder c://document and setting/my name/application data/sports interactive/ootp baseball 2007/data !"

what should I do next?

I tried to uninstall it then re-download it again and again ,but it still can't work

One possibility

You may not have sufficient rights on the computer to create new folders. Go to Control Panel and users to see and/or adjust your rights.

In your C:\Documents and Settings\maverik\My Documents\Sports Interactive folder, is there a OOTP Baseball 2007 folder? In that folder, is there a data folder?

I note that you are using a non english version of windows. I have found problems like this with both Kanji and Chinese versions of XP. The only fix I ever came up with was to install to an English version and copy all the files over a network or from a CD to the non-english machines. Even then it did not always work.
