Relocating teams

If a team relocates, I found 2 places where a player's record is changed even if the record was made in the old location. This sim was using the historical option with real players and automatic changes made.

1) manager history page -- I found the St. Louis Browns manager of 1905 was listed as managing Baltimore
2) accomplishments page -- somebody pitched a no-hitter for Minnesota in 1908.

This has been claimed fixed for the next patch. If after installing the (as yet unreleased) third patch, you find this to still be an issue, please post the above TT number in Tech Support so that it the issue can be re-opened. Thanks.

This has been regresed by the testers and sent back to the developers for review.
