how often does the game update player pics?

So I'm playing a realistic MLB league and am using a facepack for the player's photos.
I'ev been editing my player's photos though on photoshop to give them my uniform instead of their previous team's uniform. Trouble is, I can't seem to get the edited photos to show up on the game.
yes, I named them the same - i just saved over the original pic
yes, i tried re-loading the game
Is there a temp file somewhere that i need to delete to stop the game from using the old versions?

um no, i was putting them in C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\photos

should i move them? where they are now works, but like i said, it doesn't seem to update

I believe that once your league has been started, the graphics are stored in a folder within your league folder: c:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games\yourleaguename.lg\news\html\ images

Any changes you make to the system directory will not show up in your league directory.
