Option missing in action menu

I was playing in an online league and on Sept 1, active rosters expanded to 40 players. I took the opportunity to move a couple players up by using the item on the action menu from the player's profile page. After the next 7 day sim, I wanted to bring up another player, but that option (to place on active roster) was no longer there. Also missing was the ability to place a player on the active roster from the DL, (from the action menu).

Not a major bug, since it was pointed out to me that you can make these kinds of roster moves from the transactions page.

This was claimed fixed for the as yet unreleased third patch. If after installing the patch you find it not to be fixed, please post in Tech Support along with the TT number given above. Thanks.
