OOTP 6.5 Help Needed
I had purchased licensed copies of both OOTP 6 and 6.5.
The problem is my old computer died some time ago and with it my licenses for these versions. Is there anyway I can re-purchase a license in order to access the games again? Let me know. Spanky Email: Redfoxtrot@aol.com |

Try emailing support@elicense.com with the appropriate info (name, mailing address, email address, type of card used,) and they should be able to get you the licenses reset with very little fuss.
Let me know if you haven't heard from them in about 24 hours. I will do what I can to help.

Viatech restored both of them after I told them my hard drive went out suddenly and I could not restore any of the data. I got a computer repair store to try and save the data. They could not access the old hard drive. I would suggest you call them on the phone, rather than do it online. They contacted me within 24 hours. Online I got a constant flow of emails, but most of them were just acknowledgments that they got my email. It was too hard to keep up with them. Viatech does their job well. As this thread has gone more than a week without a reply from the original poster, I'll assume that everything went okay. If not, please feel free to post in Tech Support if you have any further trouble.
