Game Crash During Trade

I'm using Lahman's 5.4 database.
In my game, in the "Trade" screen, whenever I try to do trade with Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim the game crashes, saying "unknown exception".

However, this error does not appear in the CubbyFan Rosters game.

I never seen anything like that before. Silly question have yoe tried re-downloading Lahman's 5.4 database. Maybe something just did install right is my best guess.

I've tried re-downloading the database and reinstalling the game, nothing seem to work.

Guess something is wrong with the system.

Iv'e had one to because of probley doing to many Trades for my team in a row probley just OOTPB Stops and goes back to Windows and that what happens in one of leagues when trying to sim.
