Purchased but haven't received new ID #

I purchased the game on Sunday, but still haven't received an email with the new ID# so I can activate 08. Whom should I contact about this?

Thanks. I posted there after I posted here. Hopefully it'll all turn out. Until then, I'll just keep knocking 'em out of the park w\ 07

Groundblizzard, you are not alone! I'm having the same issue (see link: trouble with license OOTP 8).

I e-mailed the license people on Monday (12/17) and received a reply that only referenced a ticket number. I have not heard anything else from them. Please, keep us updated!

And yes, I too will continue enjoying OOTP2007 in the meantime!

Checked it, but nothing there other than the usual sales pitches and unclaimed fortunes.

Worked out just fine.

I'm very happy with their customer service. I've had to work with them a couple of times and each time it's worked out just fine.
