Can't Export Over 19,900 Players

When I try to export more then 20,000 players in OOTP8, the game crashes at 19,900 every time. I'm loading the MLB quickstart and trying to export all of the retired historical players as well. I've made three leagues and all of them have the same problem.

What are your system specs? I've managed to do a file export from the quickstart without any problems.

And just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, is this from the Database Info page or from the League Setup where you can import/export players?

My system includes an Athlon 64 X2 4800+, 2GB RAM, on Windows Vista Home Premium.

To include more detail, I click the MLB start button on the main menu, play for a while, and then go to the Online League page to export the HTML reports. When it hits 19,900 players - after doing the leagues and teams just fine - it crashes.

I think I tried to do what you said - is it go to game setup, online and then create reports.

It went through the creation process without crashing on my system.

I used the MLB quickstart as well.

What does the error message say?
