Quick simming No joy

Just lost game 7 of world series as game would NOT let me access my teams substitutions to change pitchers. Tried repeatedly, no joy??????????????? Also, the quick sim is not working very well. Couldn't finish game, or even
qs an inning ot 2???

Could you please provide us with some more detail? Did you only have trouble playing out this one game? Have you successfully played out other games and made substitutions in the past? When you started the game, was your manager set to have control over substitutions for your team in the game?

What was your issue with quick simming, exactly? It wouldn't let you quick sim at all? You attempted to quick sim a certain portion of the game and it didn't provide the expected result?

Finally, which version of OOTP are you using, please?

Game set to me making substitions only, rest by mgr, have the 0.13 latest version, on substitutions, click on the team subs and just nothing happens, no response by game, same for quick play, no response to clicking on innings to play to. All these tabs are very difficult to access. no response to them often, I have had occassion where I can make subs, or QS, but is always a slow response. I find this in many parts of game, slow response to tabs.

What if you grant yourself control over the rest of the functions of the team in addition to substitutions? Does it function properly?
