Can't upload rosters

I've read everything their is about how to do it and it still doesn't work. I downloaded Cubbie's roster and now I am trying to put it in my game any help is appreciated.

This is what I've done.

C:\Documents and Settings\ Home\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\saved_games

Put the file I saved in this case CF 2008 rosters, when I load up the game it is the original roster..

Then I went to settings from their I did export/import rosters selected Cubbie's and it says loading completed but nothing happens.

Which version of OOTP 8 are you using, please?

What exactly are you trying to do with this file? You say that when you load up the game "it is the original roster". It is which original roster? Are you trying to start a new game using CubbyFan's roster? Are you trying to import his players into an existing saved game?

I am using version 8.0.0.12, I just recently bought it for a league I am starting.

I am trying to use Cubbie's roster for the league. The " original rosters " is the already programmed roster I think it is opening day 07 roster.

Also, i'm trying to start a brand new league with his roster.

You'll want to upgrade to version 8.0.0.13:

Again: OOTP 8 patch released! New version # is 8.0.0.13

If you want to start playing with CubbyFan's roster set, then I believe that your best bet would be to simply "Load Game" the CubbyFan saved game folder. As long as you put the .lg folder in the ...OOTP Baseball 8\data\saved_games folder, you ought to be able to load it right up and begin playing it.

Does that solve your problem?

I dl the file but it doesn't work..

Here's what it said " this application has falited to start because elicen40.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem "

I've downloaded it about 5 times same thing everytime.. thoughts?

Did you try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it fresh, then?

Alright, I got the version to update.
