How do I upload rosters

I've scanned several topics on how to do it and I've done the same thing everytime but nothing happens..

Here is what I've done

C:\Documents and Settings\ Home\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\saved_games

I put Cubbie's roster on their in this case its CF 2008 rosters, I load up the game but it's the original roster.

Then I went to settings and found a import/export area and I found Cubbie's roster and it says " loading completed " so I check the rosters but nothing has changed..

Any help on this is appreciated
