Patch ootp8013 wont load

Patch ootp8013 wont load, and gives the following error, "This application has failed to start elicen40 was not found." I have a top end PC and installed OOTP 8 with default locations.

OOTP8 is running fine unpatched? If so, maybe you should redownload the patch and attempt to re-apply it. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the whole game and reinstalling fresh with version 8.0.0.13.
