Can't license ootp8

I have ootp2007 and used my orderID to get the discount for ootp8. When I purchased OOTP8, it doesn't give me a new receipt.txt. I didn't expect it to, I figured I could just use my old orderID from 2007 to license OOTP8.

Anyway, when I try to use my OrderID from 2007 to license 8, it doesn't work. Says it can't find the license # on the server.

So I attempted to do the offline licensing, but when I copy/paste the blurb into the box it says it cannot find my license.

"Error Occured:
Order ID or License Number was not found.
Please check the Order ID or License Number and re-create the request."

Come to think of it, I had to do the offline licensing for OOTP2007 as well, but that worked fine then.

Any ideas?

Your 2007 order id is for the discount. You should have received an email with your new order id for OOTP8

ok well thats good to know. I didnt receive an email though. Checked my spam folder, too.

email support@elicense.com (I think the spelling is correct) and give them your name, date you ordered, etc and they should be able to find it.
