Pitcher rotations in OOTP8

I am noticing that the AI is slotting in a lot of pitchers to start on 1 or 2 days of rest. I am using OOTP8. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you using version 8.0.0.13? In what type of league are you seeing this behavior?

Yes, that is the version I am using. I am seeing this behavior in a league started with CubbyFan's set.

I'd make certain that all non human teams are set to allow AI roster moves and I'd run the Computer Manager On All Teams. Both options are found in the Roster Functions area of the Game Setup/League Setup/Functions path.

I'd be surprised if this didn't solve your issue.
