Ingame Freezing

Trying to play my solo league in manager mode and continue to run into the game problem. During the game, whenever I attempt to access on of the "tabs" on the top of the screen (webcast, substitutions, etc.) the game freezes on me, forcing my to end program and restart, only to end up with the same problem.

I am running OOTP in Windows XP via Parallels on a Mac OS, is this a concern?

i have the same problem, ill be playing a fictional league and then it will freeze. sometimes it will start working again and sometimes i have to restart my pc and start again

Try disabling FaceGen from OOTP to see if that makes your crashing stop.

no good. i disabled facegen restarted the program, simed about a month and a half then it went to finish the day and stopped responding.

thanks anyway anything else i could try?

i dont know if this means anything but i was playing a fictional league most of the time

Is it ever freezing up on any day in particular? Maybe around a draft time?

Also, how long are you letting it sit when it freezes?

How much RAM and how much free hard drive space do you have?

well, it seems that if i sim for a week at a time, and get about a month along then it sits, locks up. i know because i hit ctrl alt del, and it says program not responding.

disk space is 144GB total, and using only 23.5 GB

How much RAM do you have and how large is your game universe? How many leagues and teams? How much history do you have?

I am running OOTP 2007, with the latest patch. My game freezes without fail at "saving messages 73%" on my wifes and my own computers. This lasts for about 5 minutes before it un-freezes and the game resumes. This happens when I load online league files, and loading saved games. I have 2gb of ram on my computer, and my wife has 3 on her's. Not sure if this is related to what these guys are talking about, if not, I will gladly make a new post, but just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.
