International teams a prob?

I am trying to build a fictional league based in the USA but with a AAA league in Europe. I have selected the appropriate nation for teams in cities like Lyon, Frankfurt, Glasgow, etc but have had some crashing issues. Is it ok to have multiple nations? Or is this causing data base corruption issues possibly?

Well, my Universe has multiple nations, so I don't think its that. What is your league structure and are you always crashing at the same point (if so please specify)?
