players ages are wrong

I started a fictional league with the start year at 1901. Some of the players aren't aging corectly. They are younger then they should be. I have one guy born in 1899 who is retired and in the hall of fame. It's 1980 now and he is 47. I have a jpeg of it if you need to see it.

Once players retire, they no longer age. That last number just tells you when they retired or last year they were a coach.

That's not true at all. I've seen players age grow to more than 100 years.

Here's a link to a player page that is 94 years old from a league I'm in.

I've never checked, but it's possible that Historical leagues and Fictional leagues are different in this respect. In fictional leagues, I've always seen this work the way Neags describes- retired players stop aging.

Regardless, this seems to have been explained. Closing this out.
