Problems with Vista

i am having problems with vista and my online leagues. i have no problems running the game on my own just cant get my online league files initially setup.

does anyone have a step by step process for getting it done. my winrar seems to always have problems unzipping the files and get a lot of diagnostic errors.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

To be clear, you are looking for assistance regarding unzipping your league files? Your best bet may be to speak with the league commish who zipped up the files, but we can try to work things through here. Could you be a bit more specific about exactly what you are doing and what is going wrong?

I just downloaded demo for 8. I have Windows Vista. The program downloaded properly but will not start at all. Is this a vista compatability problem? My old computer just died and took40 seasons of ootp 6.5 with it, so I figure to buy 9 when it comes out. Any help with demo problem.

No, there is nothing wrong with the files...they work fine on my other computer.

What I am doing is try to do is use winamp to unzip them.....1300 errors from the unzip occur. so not enough files go to where i need them. tried the same thing with my other comp that has xp and had absolutely no problems at all.

McLeod, have you tried using another unzipping program? I would highly recommend 7 Zip:

7-Zip

Are you set to run in administrator mode? Try that first.
