Vista Issues

Just switched computers and trying to load game on Vista. It downloads but will not open up. any help would be great.

Are you running in administrator mode? If not, you need that to run the game.

OOTP8 loaded and plays just fine. My issue is that the game crashes alot. Doing things such as going to a player's splits or opening a SION Web Page. Is this happening to anyone else? And can anyone answer why or had a remedy? Thanks

You have an entirely different issue. Presumably, you are using the MLB Quickstart? There are widespread issues using that quickstart that I have no fix for. Using other types of leagues shouldn't cause these problems. If they do, please start a new thread and we can discuss them there.

Yes, I was in fact using an MLB quickstart. I am all the way through mid-June, but oh well I can start another one. I'm sure OOTP8 will be able to be imported into OOTP9. Thank you for you help.

You helped alot, I started my own Custom League with nations and everything and am having alot of fun with it. And the game is fully functional without crashing. Thanks
