Phanton player DFA
I have 8.0.0.13 with latest patch. I am three years into a MLB game. Ten days after the June 15 draft, I have a message that I have a player whose time on the DFA list is up and I must take action. There is no one in the list on that screen. I even had the AI do a re-org of the entire organization to see if it would reset to no avail.
When I go to the transaction log and click on some of the amateur draft players to get their profiles, OOTP crashes. My guess is that the database file is scrambled. Assuming I don't have a recent backup of the game before the draft, is there anything I can do to rebuild the database and get past this message? Thanks... DJP |

I don't know that you can tinker with the database particularly easily.
How many draft rounds were you using? Did you overload your minor leagues? You can try doing a player search for all players on your team and pick out the ones who don't actually show up on your Transactions page and then use the right click menu to release them, possibly.
