To make this clear, stars only apply to overall/potential rating.

You can set overall/potential ratings to be shown with stars, 20-80, or nothying.

The more specific ratings can be set to use a number of different scales, including 1-20.

That's good enough, because I want to evaluate players using stats only and not be influenced by a star/points system, but at the same time it'd be hard to do so for players with little history (like international player or draftees)
