Something for the testers or Marc to answer

In the changelist for 2007 it stated:

- Added 2 new leagues levels: College & High School

Are those going to be playable league levels. For example if I want to start a World Universe and add HS and College, can I create say all the D1 schools, etc.? And will it play games for them, keep stats, graduate players from the HS ranks right into the College, etc.

I think a lot of people are hoping for OOTP NCAA Baseball 2007, and that's not what it's gonna be.

I'm guessing High School leagues will equal 14-18 year olds, and college leagues will equal 18-22 year olds, and that's the only important detail we'll have significant control over.

You can also set the age min and max for the feeder leagues so if you want all of your HS kids to grad at age 16 you can set it up that the max age for your HS feeder league is 16.

You can still play out the college and high school "leagues" though, and you can have a manager career there, too. They just aren't affiliated with a specific major league team, and players don't progress naturally from one to the other...so, you can't have Joe Schmoe graduate from high school and automatically enter the college league before heading to the draft pool. Other than that, the rules and schedules work just like any other minor league, as far as I can tell.

You can create feeder leagues that other leagues draft from, so in theory, I believe(don't quote me cause I haven't tried it yet) you could create a college league that has a high school league feeding into it and they would draft players from the high school...

Actually, Matter, Markus said that this wasn't possible. I just need to find the thread, I know I read it this morning, I think it's in the stickied thread at the top.
