2 Quick Questions for Dev Team or Testers

1. - Does the "In Game" pitcher scorecard show how tired a pitcher is actually from pitching and not his "health" status, IE: "OK" after throwing 130 pitches?

2. - Is it safe to assume the logo and portrait graphic formats are unchanged. Also is the "Network" logo now customizable.

Starting to get excited!!!

1. Uh, not sure. Leave that for someone else.

2. Yes and "not sure" regarding the Network logo. I think it always was customizable, if you knew how...

1) This is and was intentional. You have to visit the mound in order to get a status report of the pitcher.

2) Formats remain unchanged, so existing photo sets work with OOTP 2007. Also, the network logo always was customizable, all you had to do was edit the proper graphic files

1) That's the way it should be, IMO. I've never seen a pitcher's color change when he got tired. Grady Little wishes there were such a technology.

1. - I agree with this, but my pitchers almost always responded with "Just let me pitch", even after a ton of pitches and a low endurance rating.

2. - Ahh, I never actually looked for the graphic to replace as I was under the impression from last year that it was hard coded.

Thanks for the response.

That's where a managers intuition & experience come into play. Sort of like the difference between Grady Little and Tony La Russa.

I agree with this to a point, I do think it should have some update between innings or/and after you go to the mound, but should not update every pitch. You should have some chance of getting a "report" from your pitcher when he is on the bench. it would be a nice feature but without that feild is a useless label. In 2006 I've never seen it change, including when starting a pitcher on 1 days rest.

That's actually a pretty good idea.

Isn't the CW on this that you don't bother a pitcher when he's pitching, even when he's just sitting on the bench watching the game?

That's only if he's throwing a no-hitter.

I've had pitchers tell me to that hey are tired and to get them out of there. I play with the starting pitcher endurance on what it defaults to for this era which I believe is the second lowest.
