Box Score saving suggestion (made last year)

I posted a suggestion in the suggestions forum last year about possibly adding an option to save box scores for just Major Leagues. Has this been implemented?

Its kind of limited now between All, Human Team, Human Leagues,or none.

For those with big universes, wanting to save one or two leagues requires that you need to save them all, which can be a big hit in disk space.

Thanks!

Just curious as to what your workaround is?

Ahh, I should have posted this earlier.

Well, when a season is over, I simply do a windows search in the box scores folder for any files that contain a league's name that I don't want to keep (Keep in mind not to search for the filename, but rather the text in the file). It finds all of the box scores for that league, and I just delete them all from there. Then, search for other leagues you don't want and repeat.

My universe currently only has 5 leagues of which I only want to keep my US major league box scores. So I do it 4 times. Doesn't take too long though

Don't you have to save them elsewhere after that? I read someplace that the game overwrites old boxscores, using the same boxscore ID's I think, to save space.

Yep, that is where Anderson's Almanac utility comes in handy!
